Managed services are services that include complete computer and network support for your business. RIS Managed Services can provide proactive monitoring of the health and performance of your computers and network 24/7/365. We include proactive maintenance to stabilize your networked assets, and can respond with rapid remote remediation if there’s trouble. RIS deploys a device on your network that can monitor and manage anything with an IP address, including: desktops, laptops, servers, managed switches, routers, firewalls, gateways, etc. The unit automatically performs secure, comprehensive scans to gather up-to-date information that solution providers need to manage IT assets with unparalleled efficiency. Many customers have bundled in Managed Services with the purchase/lease of new Xerox MFP equipment. However, we also provide services to any type of organization regardless of existing office equipment because the cost savings of IT support is so immediately apparent.
